Studying After Diploma

Why Choose Studies?

Polytechnic can help you to get a good job, but in order to have a wide career opportunity, you should have a proper graduation degree. In your diploma, you are taught about your main subjects and are given practical training of your domain subjects.

This training helps you to get junior level jobs. Getting promotions after diploma jobs become difficult. It is helpful to start earning an early age but as years will pass it might frustrate you.

Further studies will help you to have deep knowledge of your domain, you will study in both practical and theoretical level. This will not only add up your degree but will also help in getting high-level jobs with higher pay.

Lateral Entry in B.tech

This option is very popular among engineer filed diploma holders. To take up the B.Tech course you have to appear in the entrance test of colleges you are applying in. Many good engineering colleges provide lateral entry for diploma holders. This means you will get direct entry in the 3rd semester (2nd year) of the B.tech program.

Doing B.tech after the diploma is very helpful. Firstly, you don’t have to study the off-course subjects that B.tech students study in their first year, you directly get to study your main subjects. Secondly, you get priority over students doing regular B.tech.

The company sees that you have practical knowledge as well so they will prefer you over any other student. Many colleges and universities hold their separate test to screen the diploma candidates.
